From the moment I walked in, the experience was wonderful! I was assisted by the incredibly knowledgeable and patient Ms. Reena Das, who took the time to understand my skin concerns, asked detailed questions about my routine, and recommended a simple yet effective skincare regimen tailored just for me. She explained everything clearly — from the right cleansers and serums to moisturizers and sun protection — without any hard-selling, which I truly appreciated. Fast forward to today, and I am so happy to say that my pigmentation has visibly subsided, my skin tone is more even, and overall my skin feels healthier, softer, and much better than it was before pregnancy! The products she suggested (combined with consistency, of course) truly delivered results. What stood out most was Ms. Reena's genuine care, professionalism, and expertise — she made me feel confident and well taken care of. The store itself is always well-stocked, smells divine, and has that warm, welcoming vibe The Body Shop is known for.
