  5-Star Review for The Body Shop, City Centre Mall, Jamshedpur I visited The Body Shop store in Jamshedpur (City Centre Mall, Bistupur) for the very first time back in early 2023, right before my pregnancy, when I was desperately searching for effective solutions to deal with stubborn pigmentation that had been bothering me for a while. From the moment I walked in, the experience was wonderful! I was assisted by the incredibly knowledgeable and patient Ms. Reena Das, who took the time to understand my skin concerns, asked detailed questions about my routine, and recommended a simple yet effective skincare regimen tailored just for me. She explained everything clearly — from the right cleansers and serums to moisturizers and sun protection — without any hard-selling, which I truly appreciated. Fast forward to today, and I am so happy to say that my pigmentation has visibly subsided, my skin tone is more even, and overall my skin feels healthier, softer, and much better than it was before pregnancy! The products she suggested (combined with consistency, of course) truly delivered results. What stood out most was Ms. Reena's genuine care, professionalism, and expertise — she made me feel confident and well taken care of. The store itself is always well-stocked, smells divine, and has that warm, welcoming vibe The Body Shop is known for. She took her time to explain everything patiently, without any pushy sales talk — just pure, knowledgeable guidance. She recommended a complete Vitamin C-powered routine that has truly transformed my skin in just a few months. Here's what she curated for me, and I'm very happy with every single product: Vitamin C Glow Boosting Day Cream, Night Cream and Glow Boosting Moisturiser. She also suggested pairing it with their Vitamin C Serum and a gentle cleanser for the complete ritual. My skin looks healthy and so much more even-toned now.
