I have been shopping at The Body Shop at Acropolis Mall since 2018. Over the years, the staff has probably changed two or three times. Although the faces have changed, their service has always remained equally professional, cordial, and welcoming. They understand my skin very well and always give me suggestions based on my skin type and requirements. I truly appreciate that level of personalised service. However, I do have one concern. As a loyal customer, I often find that the products I regularly use and that work really well for my skin are discontinued or taken off the market after some time. This is something I find quite disappointing and, honestly, not very acceptable as a loyal customer. I want to make it clear that this feedback is about The Body Shop as a company and not about the staff. The staff has always been extremely helpful. They also make sure that I can properly use the loyalty points I earn from my regular purchases and take advantage of discounts and ongoing offers whenever available. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the staff, but I really wish The Body Shop would reconsider discontinuing products that have loyal customers who genuinely love and rely on them.
