I went to The Body Shop only to get the Shea Body Butter, but Karishma was so helpful and easy to talk to that I ended up buying a few more things too 😄 She explained everything really nicely and suggested products according to what I actually needed. You can tell she knows her work really well and genuinely likes helping customers. Had a really nice experience because of her. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating 🌸
